This is my special Thai noodle recipe :

Ingredients:
1 Egg
Chicken stock
Thai rice noodles
Peanuts
Bean sprouts
Coriander
Small pieces cooked chicken
Lemon juice
1 Onion
Ginger
1 Tomato

Instructions:
2 drops of oil in pan,
When oil is hot add 1 beaten egg. Make egg like an omlette, (no other ingredients)
Take egg out of pan and chop in thin strips.
Add oil again - 4 drops.
Add onion and fry lightly add garlic and ginger . Cook until slightly brown.
Add tomato and soy sauce
Put the bean sprouts in with chicken stock and add the noodles (uncooked)
Stir the noodles until they soften, add chicken, some lemon juice and peanuts.
Garnish with coriander.
